Isaac Del Toro (UAE Team Emirates XRG) has won the 8th edition of the UAE Tour ahead of Antonio Tiberi (Bahrain Victorious) and Luke Plapp (Team Jayco AlUla).

Speaking seconds after the stage finish, the stage winner Jonathan Milan said: "It's really nice to end this UAE Tour with this victory here in Abu Dhabi. Last year I was pretty close but Tim Merlier anticipated and did a huge sprint. I wanted to do more or less the same. I took a bit of last year's experience to sprint to victory today. It was super fast today due to the wind and the speed of the breakaway. Thanks to my teammates for controlling the race! We've showed that we have one of the best trains. I'm pretty happy for the victory and for how we made it. I'm also happy to achieve 30 pro wins. Let's bring this momentum to Europe for the next races of the season".
